         "I completed my PhD in Coffee Science at Caffeine Tech in 2025. My dissertation, The Science of a Better Cup: Understanding Coffee Flavor Through Roasting and Brewing, explored how different roasting and brewing methods change the taste, aroma, and quality of coffee. By combining chemistry, sensory testing, and food science, I showed how small changes in the coffee-making process can have a big impact on the final cup.",
         "My research brings together coffee chemistry, brewing science, and sensory analysis to better understand how coffee is made and enjoyed. I study how factors such as coffee beans, roasting, grinding, and brewing influence flavor and consistency. More broadly, I am interested in making coffee better for both professionals and everyday coffee drinkers by connecting scientific research with practical brewing techniques.",
         "My main goal right now is to find my favorite green coffee cup, which seems to have vanished entirely. I have a strong suspicion it is currently sitting in the back of the microwave from a previous reheating attempt, or perhaps hiding behind a towering stack of paperwork I am actively avoiding. Until it turns up, my routine feels slightly incomplete, as drinking coffee from any other vessel just doesn't offer the same comfort."
